  1. An assessment of your leadership style
  2. A personalized leadership growth plan
  3. Practice guidance on how to incorporate restorative leadership practices in real-time

Group
Coaching

Join a learning community of leaders for a transformative leadership experience.

Restorative Leadership Academy
You and a group of like-minded leaders will meet virtually to craft your personal, value-based leadership identity and learn to build an environment founded in workplace wellness, trust, and psychological safety.

This group is designed for:
  • Individuals currently employed full-time at a nonprofit in a supervisory role
  • Individuals who aspire to become senior or executive-level leadership
  • Individuals who can attend at least 6 out of 7 scheduled group sessions

Time Commitment: 1.5 hours for 7 sessions

Total Investment: $605 (made in 3 installments)
